On Tuesday, October 28th, from the Centre Stage, the session “From Heritage to Growth: New Hospitality Investment Hotspots in Italy”, moderated by Gemma Greenwood, explored how culture, design, and innovation are shaping the next wave of opportunities in Italy’s hospitality sector.

• Chiara Gibertini, Business Developer and Project Manager at Pininfarina, shared how heritage projects, such as Vetreria Murano in Venice, are blending tradition, branded residences, and luxury hospitality;
• Marco G. Malacrida, Founder of Italia Hospitality, cited glamping, thermal resorts, and wine tourism as key growth drivers, highlighting the importance of sustainable, long-term investment.
